DIY or Call Us?
You can safely inspect your crawl space yourself: put on a respirator and knee pads, bring a bright flashlight, and look for pooled water, torn poly, and sections of barrier that have pulled away from the foundation piers. You can also re-tape a small seam with 3-inch poly seam tape from a hardware store. That buys time.
